About the Opportunity
Continuum is recruiting on behalf of an IDD services organization that has reached a scale where program stability requires experienced operational leadership.
This Program Manager role exists to bring structure, consistency, and staff support to residential programs serving adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily residential operations across assigned homes
- Support DSPs and Lead DSPs with guidance and accountability
- Ensure compliance with state and HCBS standards
- Partner with leadership on staffing and continuity planning
