Continuum is partnering with a respected IDD residential provider seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to support both residents and frontline staff in a highly structured, stability-focused environment.
This organization has invested intentionally in leadership layers to avoid burnout and turnover. Lead DSPs are positioned as anchors of continuity, not gap-fillers.
What This Role Looks Like
- Provide hands-on support while guiding DSPs on shift
- Ensure behavior support plans and ADLs are followed consistently
- Serve as a communication bridge between staff and program leadership
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
