They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team that values consistency, thoughtful programming, and professional autonomy.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs with a focus on clinical growth and retention

- Monitor progress using data-driven decision making
- Participate in case reviews and clinical collaboration
